What my eyes can perceive on the colors: Black and White...
I see black as the result of absence and complete absorption of light while white as the radiance of light. But, I still see black as interesting. For me, white is purity and settlement. And that's the reason why brides put on a white dress or gown because it symbolizes purity and willingness of heart. Well, when it comes to contrast white seems to me to be so bright while black as dark in contrast with a deeper meaning. Also, both colors are easy paired with the other colors in terms of clothing.
Black symbolizes death in some cultures. Saturday's color is black. In times of fear and uncertainty black contains the energy of the threatening unknown. In a positive state, black is seen as a restful emptiness into which anything may emerge and disappear once again. It is also mysterious, providing a sense of potential and possibility.
Which of the two colors appear BAD or GOOD?
Most of the time, black appears bad because of the darkness that it shows which symbolizes sorrow or misery while white appears good because it shows brightness which also shows the radiance of light that shines forth and it symbolizes purity and cleanliness of heart.SYMBOLISM: Which color is POSITIVE or NEGATIVE?

It holds the potential to move toward every other color and this makes it a good choice for new beginnings, and development in any direction. It projects purity, cleanliness, and neutrality. It can also provide clarity as its energy is complete.

I associate my mysterious experiences and being secretive on the color black while I feel settled and calm with the color white.What is RACISM?
It may be defined as the hatred of one person by another -- or the belief that another person is less than human -- because of skin color, language, customs, place of birth or any factor that supposedly reveals the basic nature of that person. It has influenced wars, slavery, the formation of nations, and legal codes.
My Opinion regarding Racism..
In my own point of view, racism should be stopped because we do not measure each and every one's dignity by skin color, language, customs, place of birth and etc. We are all given dignity by the Lord that no one has any right to step on, judge or even discriminate. It is a God-given gift that should be valued and treasured because it is something that no one can take away from us. How I wish that it would be stopped. Let's treat everyone equally and fairly and let's not underestimate each other because we are all made equal in the eyes of God. After all, NO ONE is GREATER than the LORD.

Workplace
- If you're in a supervisory or senior management position at a workplace -- able to influence hiring practices -- you can help stop racism by striving to recruit and hire a diverse workforce. Reach out to minority staffing companies and college career center departments to inquire about the availability of qualified minorities that you can interview for job openings. Ask the minorities who work at your company to recommend qualified candidates, and take the time to learn about their concerns so you can focus on making your company more attractive to a diversified workforce.
Schools
- If you're a teacher, ask your principal or supervisor to set aside one week a year for students to learn about different races through activities such as a food fair, watching movies and listening to different kinds of music. Invite guest speakers to talk to your class about racism's harmful effects and how your students can help end racism by accepting people who are different and treating them with respect. Assign students the task of identifying local organizations that fight racism in their community. Arrange for a field trip so your students can learn first-hand what those organizations are doing on a daily basis.
Community
- As a part of your community, join volunteer groups or professional organizations such as The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, which is dedicated to ensuring civil and human rights for all Americans. It is especially concerned with battling discrimination, as exemplified by their efforts on behalf of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the campaign to help pass the Hate Crimes Prevention Act. Donate funds to these kinds of organizations and visit their websites to learn about ways to take action, such as writing your congressional representatives, asking them to help end job discrimination through legislation.
Neighborhood
- You can do simple things to help stop racism. Be friendly and welcoming to any minorities that move into your neighborhood. Refuse to listen to racial jokes that mine humor from offensive stereotypes. If you have children, teach them the value of respecting everyone regardless of their skin color, cultural background or physical characteristics. If your neighborhood is the site of a racist rally or march, organize an anti-rally to show that you will not tolerate racism where you live.
